About Me
As a mum of two in her 40's, I know how difficult it can be leading a busy life and making time for yourself, but also the importance of making sure your health and wellbeing is a priority too. I love to share my passion for fitness and weight training, working closely with my clients to achieve their goals through individual tailored programmes. Over the last fifteen years I have helped 100's of men and women to get in the best physical and mental shape of their lives, building bullet proof confidence in and out of the gym, along the way.

I started with Sarah in summer 22 because I was doing loads of cardio on my road bike and had previously done a lot of running, but I wasn’t noticing any change or definition in my body shape. Everything I read suggested that over 40's need to lift weights to help bone density etc and as soon as I chatted to Sarah I knew she knew what she was talking about and had lots of experience in training women over 40.
I love my face to face sessions with Sarah, and the fact she sets me other workouts and provides guidance on nutrition so I don’t have to think about it (but do have to do what I’m told).
